Colorado Reining Horse Trainer, NRHA judge, Chuck Nesmith has more than 30 years experience training horses and helping riders achieve their goals.  He is available for private, semi-private and group lessons, as well as clinics.  

 

 


Services

Chuck Nesmith Training is a full service horse training facility.  He offers national level expertise in reining, reined cow horse and competitive ranch horse. AQHA, APHA, NRHA, NRCHA, IBHA, NFQHA, WSSH or 4H - he can help you achieve your goals!    

The barn is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Tue - Sunday (Closed on Monday).

 

Training

Full Time Training includes: 5 days a week ride or session and full board.  We also include and encourage our clients to participate in one weekly lesson. This is to ensure you both (horse and rider) understand the training and can work together successfully once your training is complete.

  • $850 per month (includes Full Service Board) - Inside Stall, cleaned twice daily
  • Individual Lessons: $50 per ride or session with a $15 haul in fee
  • Customized individual training available on request

Current coggins and health certificate required for initial move in.

 

Lessons

We offer year round riding utilizing our indoor and outdoor riding arenas. Lessons are available Tuesday thru Saturday for youth and adults. Beginners through advanced are welcome. Lessons are customizable based upon your goals.   Reining, Reined Cow Horse, Penning, Sorting, Ranch  Horse, we can help!  If you are working on finishing your horse and just need a boost to speed up that spin, perform a flying lead change, go from a snaffle to finished neck rein, we are here to help.
